Local (Hong Kong) delivery:
You can choose to pick up the products in our shop. As soon as we receive your order, we will notify you by phone and email of the time to pick up your order.
You can choose to receive products by parcel. Once the payment is made, shipment will be delivered within seven (7) working days. The delivery fee is HK$40 per order, free delivery service for an order purchased upon HK$150 in Hong Kong.
Overseas delivery:
Once the payment is made, shipments will be made within seven (7) working days. As soon as the order is loaded for shipment, we will notify you by email. Overseas will be delivered by parcel and delivery charges apply to purchase. Please sign and check the parcel of any damage when shipment arrives. We suggest you to keep the shipping document for record.
We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All fees do not include import duty, customs and VAT.
The description of the products shall be indicated in the parcel for custom declaration.
